Key Holding & Alarm Response

If we hold your keys, we can respond to situations and alarms immediately. This helps avoid unnecessary calls and worry for you. You can have the confidence that your premises are entirely safe.

Our key-holding service complies fully with SIA (Security Industry Association) requirements.

This means:
  • Your keys are held in a special safe on our premises;
  • Access to the safe is limited to authorised personnel;
  • We urgently dispatch a mobile unit to your site in the event of an alarm;
  • On arrival our units perform a comprehensive check for break-ins. If emergency services are present we will liaise with them to prevent unnecessary break-ins and limit damage;
  • We provide a detailed report on all aspects of the incident the following day.

Having to respond to an alarm activation is usually inconvenient and always stressful.

What's more, answering a call-out can be dangerous for you and your staff.

Our alarm response service puts us in the middle. This means we can take on the inconvenience and the danger 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In the event of an alarm trigger we will dispatch one of our rapid response units to your site.

Uniformed SIA licensed Officers will go and access the situation and respond to protect your premises as necessary - this includes contacting the Police, Fire Brigade or Ambulance Services.

We'll also advise you of the situation as soon as we understand it ourselves.
